Attention! It is event time in Providence:

While Christmas Event 2016 there is snow in the streets of Providence.

This snow areas give same Temperature effect as in the mountains snow areas.

If you are not able to counter the effect, because you are maybe new in the game, just go on the dirt paths, prevent to standing on the snow itself. Also you can go into one of the small houses next to the river, backside of the mainstreet or in the barn, to warm up again if you still have the Hypothermia Debuff.

If you need help, ask the player around you or in forum. Only speaking people can be helped.
