With the Colonial Tradesmanship Skill learned, these Boulders can be Chipped to receive Granite. Once the Quarrying Skill has be learned you can Dig Stone Boulders from a Quarry or Mountain. With the Granite Excavation Skill learned there is a chance to get a Granite Boulders when Digging on Quarries. This chance is based off your Mines & Mountains Proficiency. A Boomstick can be used to blow up a Boulder. To blow up a Boulder select your Boomstick from your inventory and right-click it on a source of Fire, such as a lit Torch or Fireplace. This will turn your Boomstick into a Lit Boomstick. You must now quickly select your Lit Boomstick and right-click it onto the Boulder you wish to blow up. Blowing up a Boulder will scatter it's Stones in a short radius around where the Boulder was. You can then pick them up if you wish to save them.
