Houses
Houses are buildings which must be built on Pavement, can be entered, and count as "Inside" for the purpose of building other Structures and Containers. Houses can be 
Locked to prevent unwanted entries, although Houses can always be exited, even if you don't have the proper 
Key. All Houses have at least 1 space for a 
Stove and Decoratives and Wallpapers can be hung inside.
