This will change your mouse icon to a Sifting Pan, click again on The Shallows to begin Sifting. Each time you Sift it will consume 1x {{i|Rubble}} with a chance to get either {{i|Black Sand}}, {{i|Dravite}}, {{i|Goldflakes}}, {{i|Phosphophyllite}}, {{i|Rubellite}}, {{i|Uvarovite}}, or potentially nothing in return. You will have to repeat this process for each Rubble in your inventory or use a [[3rd Party Clients|Custom Client]] which allows you to automate the Sifting.

Raw Gems have a variable number of Carats which can give a bonus to the Raw Gem's [[Affluence]] when cut on the {{i|Gemcutter's Wheel}}. Sifting

To Sift Rubble icon.png Sift Rubble Rubble icon.png Rubble, equip a Sifting Pan icon.png Sifting Pan or Prospector's Pan icon.png Prospector's Pan and stand in The Shallows icon.png The Shallows. Click Adventure -> Sift Rubble. This will change your mouse icon to a Sifting Pan, click again on The Shallows to begin Sifting. Each time you Sift it will consume 1x Rubble icon.png Rubble with a chance to get either Black Sand icon.png Black Sand, Dravite icon.png Dravite, Goldflakes icon.png Goldflakes, Phosphophyllite icon.png Phosphophyllite, Rubellite icon.png Rubellite, Uvarovite icon.png Uvarovite, or potentially nothing in return. You will have to repeat this process for each Rubble in your inventory or use a Custom Client which allows you to automate the Sifting.
