Tanning Fluid can be made by selecting a Brain from your inventory and right-click with it on a full Bucket of 
Potable Water to produce a 10L Bucket of Tanning Fluid with 5% concentration, adding another Brain will make it a 10.0% solution.
Tanning Fluid may be added to a 
Tanning Tub along with 
Limed Hides to make 
Leather.
