Perennial Philosophy is one of the Proficiencies used to acquire the Skills needed to survive in the New World. Perennial Philosophy can be gained by Studying Inspirationals or by chance when Wishing for Wisdom on a Wonderful Whimsical Wish.

NOTE: Unlike other proficiencies, you will only get 1 point of Perennial Philosophy instead of 2 when leveling, and won't get any levels in other maxed out proficiencies.
