A fruit of the dirt, its growing popularity in the old world has reached the shores of the colonies and with it, the knowledge of its cultivation! Although many find it bland alone, the potato makes for a filling meal.
About
Any Potatos are the product of a Potato Harvest.
Right-click Any Potato and select Split to divide your Potato into the corresponding Potato Chunks. If you don't have access to 
Seeds of Potato for Planting, they can be initially purchased for 250x 
Silver Pieces from the Stallss in Providence.
Seeds of Potato can be stored in a Planter's Pouch such as a 
Leather Planter's Pouch, 
Cotton Planter's Pouch, 
Egyptian Cotton Planter's Pouch, or 
Sea Island Planter's Pouch.
Planting
To Plant a Any Potato Field, you must Prepare your 
Tilled Field with 
Humus. Select the Humus you want to add to your Field from your inventory and right-click it onto your field. Once your Field is Prepared, select the Seeds of Potato you wish to plant. It will initially takes 15 seeds to plant. Once the seeds are planted, you can Fertilize your Fields. After a period of time, your crops will grow and you can then Harvest them.
The Purity of the resulting Crop is based upon the Purity of the Field, the Purity of the Seeds, and a RNG factor which can increase or decrease the Harvest by a few percent. Each time the Harvest is higher than the Field Purity that Field's Purity will permanently increase by up to 1%.
Harvesting
When Harvesting Any Potatos you will also receive Seeds of Potato and rarely a 
Curious Potato.
There are 4 different varieties of Potato which can be produced from a Field. The variety you get depends on the total accumulated influence of the Blue and the Pink bars. Growing Potatoes adds to the Red bar.
Potato Influence 
Brown PotatoTotal accumulated Influence is less than 100 
Blue Potato100 to 150 total Influence, but with more Blue then Pink. 
Yellow Potato100 to 150 total Influence, but with more Pink then Blue. 
Red Potato150+ total Influence, balance does not matter.
Potato can be Baked in a 
Stove to get a 
Baked Potato or Boiled in a 
Clay Pot or 
Copper Pot to get a 
Boiled Potato.
Potato Chunks
Right-click Any Potato and select Split to divide your Potato into the corresponding Potato Chunks.
