Between the wailings of the Squonk and the Indian the Lumberwoods are a terrifying place for even the most hardened of European visitors. A fair mastery of Survival Skills is essential when traveling farther afield from the sheltering bosom and protection of Boston.

The fist skill a player learns on their own upon entering the New World, it can be learned by studying a simple Smooth Stone or Stray Chestnut.
