Flavor Text Darting along the water's edge, a god among insects in a kingdom of reeds. About A Salamander is a passive Kritter which can be most commonly found in the Greenwood biome. Additionally Salamanders can be rarely found underneath any Boulder which has sat long enough on the surface. Salamanders are not fought but rather must be clicked on and scooped up into your Inventory. Salamanders move very fast so you may need to Run to catch up to it. Right-clicking a Salamander and selecting "Pull Tail" will give you a Salamander Tail and an Emasculated Salamander. Given time, the Emasculated Salamander will re-grow it's tail. Caution! Pulling the tail off a Salamander gives a good bit of Insanity.
