Pumpkin Planting allows you to grow and harvest pumpkins from fields. About Pumpkins are the product of a Pumpkin harvest. Initially 50x Seeds of Pumpkin are required when Planting Pumpkins. If you don't have access to Seeds of Pumpkin for Planting, you will need to Plant a New World Gourd in Gardening Pot, which has about a 1 and 3 chance to become a Baby Bear which can then be re-Planted. Once enough Baby Bears have been produced you can Sliced each one to receive 6x Seeds of Pumpkin. For an overview of Planting, see Tilled Field. Harvesting Pumpkins Pumpkins can be Harvested at three Growth Stages. Pumpkins from the first growth stage are Potable and Pumpkins from the third growth stage are considered Large. There are 12 different varieties of Pumpkin. The varieties you get when harvesting depends on growth stage when Harvested and the total accumulated Influence of the Green and the Blue bars. Successfully growing a Pumpkin crop adds to the Pink bar. Between 0 and 75 total Influence you will Harvest tier 1 crops. Between 75 and 100 you will receive a mix of tier 1 and tier 2 crop. For 100-150 total Influence you will Harvest just tier 2 crops. At 150-195 total Influence you will Harvest a mix of tier 2 and tier 3 crops with the tier 2 crop you Harvest being determined by the LOWER of that crops Influencing Bars. Two Harvest Moon Three Connecticut Field 3 One Spooktacular 150+ Two Jack-o-Lantern Three Ghost Rider Right-clicking any Pumpkin and selecting "Split" will divide your Pumpkin into Pumpkin Flesh and Seeds of Pumpkin, the amount you receive is dependent on the growth stage of the Pumpkin.
