AboutWhen using Any Axe or Any Pickaxe to Chip a Boulder occasionally, instead of an Ore or Stone, you will instead receive a Whetstone at the same Purity as the Boulder. NOTE: A Whetstone counts as Any Stone in recipes, when crafting or Paving make sure the correct item is selected. Weapon PurityWeapon PurityCraftable metal Weapons such as Halberds and Spanish Sabres initially take their Purity from the Wrought Iron Bars used in their construction but the Purity of all Polearms and Sword can be modified by selecting a Whetstone and right-clicking it on the Weapon and selecting "Sharpen". This will consume the Whetstone and transfer its Purity onto the Weapon. Purity increases the amount of damage done by the Weapon by up to 10% at 100% Purity. |
