Countless dawns spent tilling the soil have allowed the pilgrim to master the tending of fields. With hoe in hand, the farmer dances through the rows like an angel of efficiency. Plantation Management allows for further reduction of a field's upkeep beyond the norm.
About
Using a Hoe increases the speeds you Till Fields as well as reducing the Phlegm cost.
If you have also learned Plantation Management you can right-click a 
Tilled Field and select Tend to reduce it's Upkeep.
