A  Farmer's Hoe can be obtained by chance from the Store bought  Mystery Tool Box, or received with certainty from the Store bought  Farmer's Pack. A Farmer's Hoe can be carried in a Tool Belt, or stored in a  Wooden Toolbox.
Hoes
Having  Any Hoe equipped decreases both the Phlegm cost and the time it takes to build a  Tilled Field. Normally a Tilled Field's Upkeep can only be lowered to 50%, however, once the Plantation Management Skill has been learned, right-clicking a Tilled Field with Any Hoe equipped and selecting "Tend" will permanently lower that Tilled Field's Upkeep Cap.
