Lime is an item which randomly spawns on the ground. It is widely used in crafting (Tanning, Pottery, Ore Smelter) to create variety list of items.

Lime quarries are much rarer than their stone counterpart, and often much smaller. Digging on one will yield one Lime Boulder.

Unconfirmed: Having the skill Essential Mineralogy increases your chances of finding lime.
