+ | {{i|Turkey Gobbler}}s and {{i|Turkey Hen}}s can be caught in the wild or raised from a {{i|Turkey Poult}} while {{i|Fertile Turkey Hen}}s are only found in the wild. In the wild all {{i|Turkey}}s look the same - you won't see which type it is until you pick up a Knocked Out Turkey. To raise Domesticated Turkeys at least one Turkey Gobbler must be present in your {{i|Turkey Coop}} for your Turkey Hens to lay {{i|Turkey Egg}}s. Eggs appear in the space beneath the Hens. If that spot is occupied, the Hen will not lay an Egg. {{i|Turkey Droppings}} appear in the bottom left spot and work their way across before moving up the next row, which means that Hens on the the very bottom row will often be unable to lay Eggs because the Turkey Droppings will block the space beneath them. An untouched Turkey Egg will hatch into a Turkey Poult after about 48 hours. '''NOTE:''' Moving a Turkey Egg may never hatch.

While Wild Turkeys can be easily replaced {{i|Fertile Turkey Hen}}s, {{i|Golden Goose}}s, and high [[Purity]] Domesticated Turkeys are significantly harder. One method for prolonging the life-span of your Turkeys when taking a break is to build each Turkey it's own {{i|Turkey Coop}} and fill it completely with food. As only one Turkey will be eating from that food supply it should last significantly longer. |

To Destroy a Turkey Coop select Smelling Salts from your inventory and right-click on the Turkey Coop. You will need enough to first lower the Turkey Coop's [[Purity#Turkey Purity|Purity]] to 0, after that, each subsequent Smelling Salt added will deal damage. Each Smelling Salt reduces the purity by 0.50 or deals 20% of damage.
