With the Forestry Skill learned, and  Any Axe equipped, right-clicking an  Elm Tree and selecting "Strike Cutting" will give you an  Elm Cutting. Each Elm Tree can produce only 2x Elm Cuttings. An Elm Cutting can be Planted in a  Gardening Pot to grow an Elm Tree. When Planted  Cuttings will sometimes fail and instead become a single  Branch, the higher your  Flora & Fauna Proficiency at the time of taking a Elm Cutting, the less likely this is to happen. Planting in Gardening Pots lowers Insanity.
