About

Increases the Authority of a town by 360 points, while increasing the Town Bell's consumption rate by 45 silver per day. The cross must be built within town land and it must be built on Pavement. Its purpose is not to expand the borders of a town, but to compete for a share of the Tax Rebate from Player Stalls.
