About Calf may be found randomly wandering around while exploring the Autumnal Forest. It's one of the Exploration Events To catch one, use a Rope or Lasso, right-click on the animal and it will follow you slowly. You can take the Rope or Lasso in your Right or Left hand slot, and fast travel with them. Notice: If the animal is too far from you, they will break free. A well cared for Calf will grow up to be a Bull or a Cow depending on its gender. For more information, see Domesticated Animals. Resources With the Hideworking skill, skinning a Calf will yield: Raw Cow Hide x 1 With all relevant butchering skills acquired, butchering a Calf will yield: Brain x 1 Bone x 2 Random chance to get various rare items from butchering. Chance of dropping is much higher with Viscera & Bits: Calf Stomach x 1
