Fertilizer
Can also be used as a terrible fertilizer: its purpose mainly being to balance the values, rather than actually being beneficial to the field.
A method of use could be to transfer some of the speed of the field over to influence when the field is nearly done as speed doesn't have persistent benefit for the field, but influence does.
