About
"Pull Tail" of a Salamander to get this. The Salamander will grow its tail back eventually so you can get as many as you want.
Pulling the tail off a Salamander adds a good bit of Insanity. Ignoring other factors it takes about 20+ tails in a row to gain one madness level.
