Digging on 
Snow will produce Packed Snow. After some time, Packed Snow will melt in your inventory, this happens faster during an Everbloom and slower during a Coldsnap. Allowing Packed Snow to melt in your inventory will fill a Vessel with 0.1 liters of 
Glacier Water.
