About Allowing Packed Snow to melt in your Inventory will fill any available Vessel with 0.1 liters of Glacier Water. Glacier Water can be stored in a Vessel or Wet Goods Container. Drinking When poured into a Drinking Vessel and equipped to the left Hand slot, Glacier Water can be Sipped to recover 10% of your max Phlegm. Each Sip will add 10 to the Quaffed & Quenched debuff.
