AboutRarely, when picking up Knocking Out Wild Turkeys you receive a Fertile Turkey Hen. Fertile Turkey Hens can be raised in a Turkey Coop will leave Fertile Turkey Droppings, and with access to a Turkey Gobbler will lay Turkey Eggs and Turkey Poults at a higher rate than a Turkey Hen, however as Fertile Turkey Hens are always at 0% Purity you may want to separate them from your high Purity Turkey Coops. Rarely a Turkey Egg birthed by a Fertile Turkey Hen will hatch up into a Golden Goose. Right-clicking a Fertile Turkey Hen and selecting "Wring Neck", or simply letting one starve, will give you a Dead Wild Turkey. Wringing the Neck of a Turkey adds a small amount of Insanity. You probably shouldn't do this. Protecting Your Turkeys During a BreakTurkeys quickly starve to death when left alone for extended periods of time. While Wild Turkeys can be easily replaced Fertile Turkey Hens, Golden Gooses, and high Purity Domesticated Turkeys are significantly harder. One method for prolonging the life-span of your Turkeys when taking a break is to build each Turkey it's own Turkey Coop and fill it completely with food. As only one Turkey will be eating from that food supply it should last significantly longer. |
