In-Game Text
Killing Blow permanently kills the (Knocked-Out) opponent subjected to it.
You can also use Killing Blow to murder a player who is not Knocked Out so long as they stand still for it.
About
The only Attack that can kill a fellow player. The animation takes 10 seconds and can be interrupted only by external forces (the player cannot cancel the attack).
Attempting a killing blow will add a significant amount of Insanity. This insanity is applied even if the move is interrupted.
