A Turkey Heart is received by chance when Cutting Up a Stuffed Turkey, Wild Stuffed Turkey, or when Butchering a Hydrukey. With the Simple Cooking Skill learned right-clicking a Turkey Heart and selecting "Drain" will give you .1 liters of Blood of Turkey. An empty Vessel, or one already containing Blood of Turkey must be in your Inventory when Draining a Turkey Heart, otherwise the Blood will be lost.
