Using this recipe turns  Any Clothing into 2x  Rags. Rags count as  Fibre in recipes. There is a small chance when doing this that you will recover some or all of the Artifacts Slotted into that clothing. This chance can be raised by equipping a pair of  Any Scissors. Selecting a Rag and right-clicking on another Rag and selecting "Roll" will create a  Ball of Rags.
Scissors
Having Any Scissors equipped while making Rags from Any Clothing will increase your chance of recovering some or all of the Artifacts Slotted into that Clothing. The higher the Scissors' Keen, the better the chance of recovering your Artifacts. Once a pair of Scissors reaches 100% wear they will break.
