A  Goat Horn is received by rarely when Butchering a  Goat. The chance of receiving this item increases once you've learned the Viscera & Bits Skill. A Goat Horn is a Drinking Vessel which can hold up 1.5 liters of any Consumable Liquid.
Drinking Vessels
Drinking Vessels are Vessels that can hold Consumable Liquids and equipped to your left Hand slot. Right-clicking on an equipped Drinking Vessel will give you the option to either "Sip", "Drink", or "Empty". Selecting "Sip" will take a single pull from your Drinking Vessel, reducing the amount by .10 liters. Selecting "Drink" will cause you to Sip continually until the action is interrupted or the Drinking Vessel is empty. Selecting "Empty" purge the contents of your Drinking Vessel.
