A Wooden Shovel can be carried in either a Journeyman Toolbelt, Novice Toolbelt, or the Master Toolbelt, additionally it can be stored in a Wooden Toolbox.

NOTE: Whittling a Wooden Shovel on a Whittler's Bench removes a small amount of Insanity

Equipping a Shovel allows you to Dig. The better the Shovel the faster it Digs. Shovels also speed up the time it takes to Destroy Hollow Stumps and Tree Stumps.
