Notes:
- Lights the area, negating a portion of the damage of being in uncivilized land
- Drains 1000 Black Bile "per hit" of nearby enemies in your claim. Source
- This drain is reduced per torch (dmg = basedmg / 1 + (N * 0.2)) when within the range of other Torch Posts or Blazing Braziers, but does more damage than a single torch.
