Pilgrims who Sleep a full 8 hours in a bed such as a Leafy Bed, Simple Bed, or Grand Bed with a Teddybear equipped to the left hand slot will wake up one Madness level lower.

CAUTION! Witches may curse a Teddybear. Sleeping with a cursed Teddybear will cause you to wake up with one Madness level higher.
