Planting a Beaming-Proud Sunflower will always produce a renewable Sunny Sunflower. However, Sunny Sunflowers can be found commonly in the Shrub biome, so it is better to use your Beaming-Proud Sunflower as an Artifact or Inspirational if you get one.
