"Stomp hard into the ground and temporarily stun nearby opponents."
Appears to cause damage and stun friend or foe in an area around the user.
When attacking, make sure you are a little away from your target to avoid getting hit. Stuns for 1~2 seconds.
It also appears to aggro any affected opponents when activated and they may be able to interrupt the stomp before it completes.
