When Harvesting  Tobacco you will also receive  Seeds of Tobacco. The number of seeds you receive is based on Affluence Bonus Artifacts slotted into the clothing you are wearing at Harvest. In combination with a Tilled Field at 20% Upkeep, roughly 200-300 Affluence should give you enough seeds for continual replanting. If you don't have access to Seeds of Tobacco for Planting, they can be initially purchased for 500x  Silver Pieces from Spuds McArtor in Providence.
It takes 50x Seeds of Tobacco Plant a  Tilled Field at 100% upkeep.
Seeds of Tobacco can be stored in a Planter's Pouch such as a  Leather Planter's Pouch,  Cotton Planter's Pouch,  Egyptian Cotton Planter's Pouch, or  Sea Island Planter's Pouch.
