Right-clicking a Corpse of another pilgrim and selecting "Scalp" will remove that pilgrim's Scalp. That Scalp will display a the original owner's name and their Scalp Score which is related their max Humours and Proficiencies. This score is what Mr. Puggles checks when determining is the Scalp is a top 10 Scalp.
WARNING! Scalping a Corpse adds a huge amount of Insanity.
