While Indian Arrowheads can be sold at the Providence Stalls for 2x Silver Pieces and Indian Feathers 12x Silver Pieces, it is best to save them and combine them into a Savage Charm, which can be sold for 30x Silver Pieces. Early on, this is one of the most reliable ways to make Silver.
When crafting a Savage Charm, if a Serpent Feather is used in place of the Indian Feather you will receive a Serpent Charm instead.
