Sausage links are made using meat grinder. If you have sausage links in your inventory, making sausages will increase number of uses rather than creating new sausages. Gluttony points and Full&Fed debuff depend on link length. At 0% purity each sausage adds 1 minute of Full&Fed, 1 point of Blood gluttony value and 1 point of heal value for each bile.

TIP: When buying sausage links from stalls, look at Full&Fed debuff in minutes. It is equal to amount of uses left.
