"Pull Tail" of a [[Salamander]] to get this. The Salamander will grow its tail back eventually so you can get as many as you want.
 
  
Pulling the tail off a Salamander adds a good bit of [[Insanity]]. Ignoring other factors it takes about 20+ Salamanders in a row to gain one madness level.

Right-clicking a {{i|Salamander}} and selecting  "Pull Tail" will give you a {{i|Salamander Tail}} and an {{i|Emasculated Salamander}}. Given time, the Emasculated Salamander will re-grow it's tail.
