A Maple Leaf can be Picked from Red Maple Tree and Grand Maple Trees by right-clicking a Tree and selecting Pick Leaves. Each Maple Tree gives 2x Maple Leaves, but with the Acute Tree Harvesting Skill learned they give 4x. Each time a Maple Leaf if Picked, there is a chance to get a 
Perfect Autumn Leaf as well. This chance also increases once Acute Tree Harvesting is learned. Maple Leaves eventually re-grow on Maple Trees after some time.
Maple Leaf can be used as 
Any Tinder when crafting 
Tinder Drills or 
Torches.
