In-Game Text"Others taking feveral Leaps towards the Bank of the River, at laft Leap in which their Feet foremoft, Body upright meeting the Water firft with their Buttocks and Calves of their legs…this way is very fafe, and the beft of all." – Melchisédec Thevenot The blue depths are as treacherous and pleasurable as any hazard of the Natural World. Constant paddling puts undue fatigue on the body and leads quickly to exhaustion. But not so for the Pilgrim who has learned Long Distance Swimming, as he has honed his muscles and mastered the movements and breathing necessary to last longer in deep water! AboutOnce the Swimming skill has been learned, Swim can be toggled on or off to allow for the crossing of The Deep Bodies of Water. Swim quickly exhausts your Phlegm. this can be lessened by learning the Long Distance Swimming skill. Running out of Phlegm will cause you to become Knocked Out. |
