Baked in an oven.

The Humble Meat Pie is a useful all-around food source.  Its food value is roughly equal to the sum of its components (if the meat were Roasted and the flour made into Oatmeal Crackers), but it only takes up a single inventory slot.

Gluttony Use
The Gluttony value of the Humble Meat Pie is unpredictable for a specific humour, but it is guaranteed to give you 18 points of something.  This makes it useful for levelling up new characters, since until one Humor reaches 19, every pie gives you a humour.  Phlegm comes up twice as often as Blood or Yellow Bile, so will likely top-out before the others.  You will need to find a different gluttony source for Black Bile.
