Fertile Turkey Hen are found very rarely in the wild, although they appear to look like Wild Turkeys. It won't see that it is a Fertile Turkey Hen until you pick up a stunned Turkey. When placed in a Turkey Coop with a Turkey Gobbler, it will lay Turkey Eggs faster than a Turkey Hen, and produce Fertile Turkey Droppings which are a better fertilizer than Turkey Droppings.

Because Fertile Turkey Hen's are wild-caught, their Purity will always be 0% which will bring down the Purity of the rest of the Turkey Coop. If you have space it might be advisable to build a separate Turkey Coop for your Fertile Turkey Hens.

Rarely a Fertile Turkey Hen will give birth to a Golden Goose. A Golden Goose will lay Golden Eggs instead of Turkey Eggs.
