About
Right-clicking a 
Turkey Heart and selecting "Drain" will give you .1 liters of Blood of Turkey. An empty Vessel, or one already containing Blood of Turkey must be in your inventory when Draining a Turkey Heart, otherwise the Blood will be lost. This will destroy the Heart.
Drinking
When poured into a 
Barkcup, 
Flask, or 
Goat Horn, and equipped in the left hand, the Blood of Turkey can be sipped to recover 50% of your max Blood. Each Sip will add 10 to the Quaffed & Quenched debuff.
