About
Right-clicking a 
Turkey Heart and selecting "Drain" will give you .1 liters of Blood of Turkey. An empty Vessel, or one already containing Blood of Turkey must be in your inventory when Draining a Turkey Heart, otherwise the Blood of Turkey will be lost. This will destroy the Heart.
