Using the Rags recipe, turn any item of Clothing into 2x Rags.
Select one of the Rags in your inventory and right-click into onto the other of the Rags to Roll them into a Ball of Rags.
Select the Ball of Rags and right-click into onto a Vessel of Potable Water or The Shallows to get a Soggy Rag Ball.
Select the Soggy Rag Ball and right-click it onto a Trip Hammer to make Rag Pulp. Note: This will drain Phlegm.
Select the Rag Pulp and right-click it onto an empty to a Paper Screen to get a Wet Paper Screen.
In 4 hours your Wet Paper Screen will become a Dry Paper Screen.
Peel your Paper from your Dry Paper Screen.
