About
Bought in Providence from Benjamin Bryberry for 8,500 Silver Pieces. Used to make the Town Bell, which requires the Compacts & Constitutions skill to construct. You can set town name by right-clicking charter.
Players may store Town Charter in the Pirate Captain's Sash.
