An Ear of Oats is the product of a first tier Ear of Cereal Harvest. Using the Mill Flour recipe with an Ear of Oats on a Grindstone, Copper Grinder, or Windmill will produce 2.00 kilograms of Oatmeal. Additionally an Ear of Oats can be threshed using the Thresh Cereals recipe to produce 50x Seeds of Cereal.
