A Farmer's Hoe can be obtained by chance from the Store bought Mystery Tool Box, or received with certainty from the Store bought Farmer's Pack.

Using a Farmer's Hoe moderately increases the speeds you Till Fields as well as moderately reducing the Phlegm cost.

If you have also learned Plantation Management you can right-click a Tilled Field and select Tend to reduce it's Upkeep.
