Early crafted inspirational. Easily made while still in Boston. Flint is most certainly the most "rare" of the 4 ingredients. When doing early-game foraging once you find several Flint in your inventory you can move the nearest Stone Boulder to a Tree and quickly gather the other three ingredients all in or near the same location.
