Flavor Text A foamy cloud of angel hair and lavender blossoms in spring. About Cloud of Lather is received when soaking either a Bar of Bubbly Soap or a Bar of Rose Scented Soap. This can be done 4x times before the Bar of Soap is fully consumed. Each time you do this there is a chance to receive a Rainbow Soap Bubble instead. NOTE: A Bar of Bubbly Soap can no longer be sold at the Vendor Stalls if you have used it to make any Cloud of Lathers. Soaking Some items can be changed by submerging them into water. To do this select the item and right-click it onto The Shallows, Barrel, or Big Barrel filled with Potable Water or by selecting a Bucket of Potable Water and right-clicking into onto a soakable item. This generally uses 1 liter of Potable Water.
