About White Tea is made by Boiling Wilted Tea Leaves in a Clay Pot or Copper Pot. White Tea can be stored in a Vessel or Wet Goods Container. Drinking When poured into a Drinking Vessel and equipped to the left Hand slot, the White Tea can be Sipped to gain a Phlegm Regeneration buff which will cause your Phlegm to slowly recover. This buff can be increased with more Sips. Each Sip will add 10 to the Quaffed & Quenched debuff.
